Administrator

By consenting to the processing of personal data, you agree that the company Česká společnost pro NDT, z.s., ID: 48133507, with its registered office at Veveří 331/95, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file number L 21357/KSBR (hereinafter referred to as the administrator), will process your personal data under the conditions set out below.

Scope of Processing

The administrator will process your personal data to the extent that you voluntarily provided them when filling out the form, by phone, email, or in person. The administrator will primarily process the following data: name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address.

Purpose of Processing

The administrator will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing (sending information about new products and services of the administrator), sending commercial communications in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., and analyzing your behavior regarding these commercial communications to personalize the service offer.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing is your voluntarily given consent and the fact that your personal data are necessary to fulfill the individual purposes of direct marketing, for which you have subscribed. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Processing Period

The administrator will process your personal data for a period of 10 years, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is revoked by you. However, this does not affect the processing of your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations.

Withdrawal of Consent

You can revoke this voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to: info@erigo.cz, or by using the link placed in each commercial communication. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The revocation of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the administrator processes on a legal basis other than consent (i.e., especially if processing is necessary to fulfill a contract, legal obligation, or for other reasons specified in valid legal regulations).

Access to Data

Your personal data will be accessed by the administrator, its employees, and possibly third parties - processors who provide adequate guarantees and whose processing meets all GDPR requirements. These individuals include marketing and IT advisors. These individuals will have access only for the necessary time and to the necessary extent, if necessary, to provide the service and comply with legal requirements. Under certain precisely defined conditions, we are then obliged to transfer some of your personal data based on valid legal regulations to, for example, the Police of the Czech Republic or other law enforcement authorities, including specialized units (NCOZ, Customs Administration, etc.), and other public authorities.

Your Rights

In relation to your personal data, you have, in particular, the following rights:

  • the right to revoke your consent at any time;

  • the right to correct or supplement personal data;

  • the right to request restriction of processing;

  • the right to object to processing in certain cases (to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection https://www.uoou.cz/);

  • the right to data portability;

  • the right to access personal data;

  • the right to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases;

  • the right to erase personal data ("right to be forgotten") in certain cases; and

  • other rights specified in the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 after it becomes effective.

You can contact the processor by email at: info@erigo.cz or in writing at the administrator's registered office address (Londýnské náměstí 886/4, 639 00 Brno). The processor is entitled to request proof of your identity to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. All communication between you and the processor is monitored to improve service quality and keep records of legal obligations.

Voluntary Provision

You provide all personal data entirely voluntarily. You are under no obligation to provide them. If you do not provide them, you will not be subject to any sanctions.
